Located directly on the beach of Lake Chapala. We are just 2 blocks to the Malecon and steps to the Lake Chapala Society (LCS). 3 Blocks from Ajijic Plaza and the church. Dozens of restaurants and shopping steps away in all directions. Truly centrally located. It’s a 3-story complex with 7 rentals and a guest house.
Rents include all utilities. Propane, electric, water, internet and weekly housekeeping. Pool solar heated 90 degrees & a Hot Tub under the stars.
Each house has a TV & Fire stick. The house is on water filtration systems and drinking water at the kitchen sink. No need for plastic etc.
Every house has a full kitchen with stove/ovens, refrigerator, washer & dryer, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, cutlery, and dishes. Turnkey Kitchens just add food!
Bathrooms have a shower, toilet and vanity area. With lots of storage and great lighting. All bed and bath linens are included.
Ceiling fans are above each bed, in bathrooms, kitchens, living/dining rooms and patio spaces. Along with lots of screened windows and sliding doors offering ventilation and light into each house.
Every house has a private patio space for dining and lounging that comes off the open concept kitchen, living and dining areas thru a huge sliding glass door.
Secured parking available and an elevator serving all 3 floors.
Common Amenities offered are a solar heated saltwater pool on the ground floor, a hot tub on the mirador (3rd floor) for soaking under the stars. The 3rd floor offers a 5k foot covered and open entertaining space with a fully stocked kitchen. Guest house and restroom are here too! House car available! Bike and 2-person Kayak.
