Rents include all utilities. Propane, electric, water, internet and weekly housekeeping. Pool & Hot Tub maintenance is also included. Beto is our house manager and is amazing for all things needed on the property. You will love him like family.
Each house has a TV & Fire stick in the living room or bedroom if you wish. The house is on water filtration systems and drinking water at the kitchen sink.
Every house has a full kitchen with stove/ovens, refrigerator, washer & dryer, dishwasher (Diego excluded), disposal, microwave, cutlery, and dishes. You can actually flush the toilet paper in all 9 bathrooms!!!

The 3rd floor offers over 5000 square feet of covered and open entertaining space with a fully stocked kitchen. Guest house and restroom are here too!
