Located in west Riberas Del Pilar, right on the edge of San Antonio
I currently rent the little hacienda with a long term lease from an amazing landlord. She allows me to sublet it.
I’ve attended to many details to make this place a lovely home. Cooking supplies and beautiful cozy furniture and paintings and prints. My favorite is all the old world doors.
The gardens are lovely and squash and herbs are currently growing.
The first bedroom has immediate access to its bathroom and to the main house. With one walk-in closet.
The second bedroom and private bath is the larger of the two and has access into the main part of the house through the courtyard through a choice of three glass doors all from the center courtyard. It also has two large walk-in closets.
I love and respect this lovely spot so much. The renter before me lived here 15 years. The feeling here is so peaceful and sweet. And the location is wonderful and full of ease.
It tends to be a quiet location unlike downtown Ajijic and Chapala.
Pet friendly for sweet well-loved fur babies. 1-2 maximum, please. (I love my fur-babies, too and want at least a dozen. Maybe some day♥️)
The hacienda has high walls with a remote controlled gate for off street parking. So lots of ease and privacy is here for you.
It has a front and a center courtyard full of beautiful plants and gorgeous plumeria. So lots of light and gardens and hummingbirds for you to enjoy from everywhere in the home.
There are outdoor stairs that take you up to the mirador. I’ve watched some lovely sunsets from up there with beautiful pink skies over the hills.
Private off street parking behind a remote controlled gate.
Plenty of on-street parking for friends and visitors.
Quiet neighborhood.
Kind neighbors.
If you’d like it, I also have a golf cart that is ready to ride to downtown Ajijic, in Riberas and San Antonio. I’m thinking about a car rental a month and dividing it by 12. Or what we decide together is fair. If you’re not interested in the golf cart, I’ll find a friend who could store it for me.
Location:
Private. On the edge of Riberas and San Antonio. Waterfront is very close. Punto Mirasol outdoor restaurant and bar with an outdoor pool is very close by foot and a minute or two by car.
Two garden nurseries are right around the corner.
I take the golf cart the back way to Ajijic Centro and into San Antonio. I love riding the golf cart. ♥️🥰 Shopping and restaurants and markets with staples and hot food are practically everywhere. Panchos Market and Restaurant is just minutes away.
San Antonio Hospital and Farmacia Guadalajara-open 24 hours are so close by foot or car.
My wonderful caring veterinarian is in San Antonio. Also very close by.
