The MAJESTIC is located in the most desirable area of Olas Altas/Centro Historico, just 1/2 block from the ocean and beach. Located across the street from a museum and public square, shaded with dozens of trees and inviting park benches. Once more thoughtfully designed so you can for example bring your bike(s) or ocean toys right up the elevator and store them away, once more never having to enter or bring them into your unit proper. Two formal entries, nearly unknown in the condo environment, mean that brilliantly located at the opposite end of each unit, are completely separate "Twin" entrances, one served by the elevator, the other by a stairway, both featuring a formal entry lobby, at street level! Located at the beach side of the building, the formal elevator lobby for the building offers a feature never found, a "Footwash station"! Imagine coming in off the beach and being able to rinse off, not dragging beach sand and salt back to your unit, with full marble floors, you'll appreciate this every day. Common features of all units, include but are not limited to, open floor plan for entertaining. Power security/storm shutters, raise & lower at the touch of the convenient wall button, allow fully closed for room darkening/security, one touch open for security with natural light, (screen effect) then fully open and invisible, where you don't know it's even there. Full concrete "Panic room" which is disguised/serves as the master walk in closet, this coupled with the 2 separate entrances means peace of mind. Penthouse Unit offers harbor views, allowing you and your guests to watch the harbor traffic, cruise ships and the Baja Ferry. It's a Majestic site to see the cruse ships docked nearly at your balcony. Camera Intercom Access Security system, directly to each unit, state of the art Cat6e phone/DSL Lines Installed, as well as pre plum for surround sound/cable TV in each space. Dual master suites, both of which offer oversize ensuits, the exception is the penthouse, which features dual formal living rooms, with the second being a formal living/media room, with of course the full ensuite off of it. With the simple addition of one wall, this instantly becomes a dual master suit, as in all other units. Standard to all units as well, a private study/library accessed via formal French doors, with the powder room directly across the hall, if desired this becomes a 3rd bedroom or guestroom, to suit each individual owners needs. Careful & thoughtful planning like this throughout means in your choosing the Majestic, it's the right choice for your future ! Unit 1 differs from all other units, as it trades the balcony wet bar/private elevator lobby area, for a single car garage, then offers a shaded completely private outdoor courtyard, with a water curtain wall fountain instead, because of the garage, you no longer need the laundry/storage area, so we replaced this with a step saver laundry area for stackable w/d. Units 1 & 2 are only awaiting your choice of colors and flooring, as well as kitchen to suit YOUR style, easily making it your own space !
