Founded in early 2022 by Abraham Villalobos Macklis and his wife, Meagan O’Brien. Meagan moved to BCS from North Carolina after attending yoga teacher training and Abraham was born and raised right here in El Pescadero. His family is original Ejido de Pescadero. The Villalobos’ own land throughout the Pueblo, and still inhabit La Huerta between Agricole and La Playa. Together they have two Bachelo
rs’ Degrees and two brand new American/Mexican twin babies added to their sweet family of 7. Abraham received his Business Degree in “Turismo” from Cabo University in 2015 to support his passion for servicing the rapidly expanding expat community in his hometown. After years of managing hotels on Cerritos Beach and multiple projects and properties for clients on the side, he has developed PPM as the structure to support these goals and lifelong dream full time. Pescadero Property Management was created to allow homeowners the ease of mind to enjoy their investment by delegating their day to day tasks to a reliable local market expert. PPM exists as the liasion between locals and landowners. Abraham and his team bridge the gap that can be a culture and language barrier while ensuring a thorough hands on approach to oversee all facets of your home, projects and/or rentals.
