Hello SSBS customers!

We are in the midst of storm season. Some rain is expected shortly. We recommend placing all items on pallets within your units. We have pallets on site for $100 pesos per pallet. You can purchase online then pick up when you arrive, or pay for them in the office.

We also recommend checking units after rain. Each year we do our best at mitigating water coming into the infrastructure but can never guarantee based on ground settling.

Unfortunately we do not know there is an issue until we have one. Once we know where a leak is present, we will repair.

Thank you for your understanding. We are here to help as needed. As always, we appreciate your business and ongoing support.

We have noticed an uptick in break-ins in the past few weeks. They are happening in the Cerritos area, usually between 3:00 am- 4:45 am. Please be aware and keep all windows and doors tightly locked. The thieves are finding all types of ways to get in.
