-----Rentamos esta suite de lujo en el edificio "Bay View Grand Marina" Ixtapa guerrero, Mexico. Aceso directo a la playa. Disfruta amenidades y servicios de alta calidad y con gran estilo, en $2,300.- (Dos Mil trescientos pesos 00/100) por noche durante temporada baja. Puede alojar hasta cuatro personas, adultos dos confortablemente en cama king zise dentro de la recamara y los otros dos en sofás largos que se ubican en el área de la sala. , si tenemos suficientes almohadas y sabanas. El edificio es muy reciente y esta en perfecto estado, y fue construido sobre cientos de postes de concreto enterrados como bases, que personalmente observé en su momento cuando se estaba construyendo.. Se inauguró en el 2010. El departamento tiene solo una recámara principal con confortable cama king size, un baño directo a la recamara y este mismo es compartido mediante otra puerta puerta para dar servicio a los invitados sin que tengan que entrar a la habitación. El baño tiene amplia regadera. Se cuenta con Aire acondicionado en todo el departamento y ventiladores muy rápidos. Una cocina bien equipada muy práctica por si a usted le gusta cocinar, Cuenta con estufa, refrigerador de 9 pies, microondas y también horno, lava vajillas, maquina para café, licuadora , cristalería y loza. Tiene un espacioso comedor para 6 personas. y amplia sala con vista a la bahía. Podrás relajarte o hacer una cena romántica en la terraza con una vista de postal hacia el océano. La recamara tiene televisión de plasma y dvd así como lagunas películas , si ahora ya tenemos televisión de cable y wifi. El edificio cuenta con alberca muy grande tipo infínity. y aparte otra Piscina para solo adultos, gran estacionamiento, salón de juegos, y ludoteca para los pequeños , vista al océano desde la sala y de la recamara vista a las montañas. It has the hability to fit four people, two adults comfortably at the room and two more at big coaches at de living room area. yes we have sufficient sheets and pillows. The building is quite new and on perfect conditions, It was builded on hundreds of really good concrete posts berried as bases which I personally saw at the time when it was under construction. It was inaugurated at 2010. The apartment has only one main room with comfortably king zise bed, and a direct bathroom , which can be sared to the other guests by an other door with out entering the room. The bathroom has a wide shower. It counts also with air conditioned in all the apartment and many fast celling fans. A very well equiped and practical kitchen where you can cook if you like. It counts with range, 9 cubic feet refrigerator, microwaves oven and gas oven, dish washer machine, blender and all cristal and dishes. It has a dinning table for 6 persons and a big living room whit view to the bay. You can relax or have a romantic dinner a the terrace with postal view to the ocean. The main room has a plasma tv and a dvd as well as some movies to watch. also we have cable tv and wifi internet , The buidlg has a very big infinity pool and besides and other pool only for adults. big parking lot, and kids play room, View to the Ocean from the living room and the master`s bedroom view to the mountains. 1.- No puedes alquilar a tu nombre a otra persona. quien reserva es quien renta. La persona que reserva es la persona que alquila y presenta identificación que coincida al llegar...

2.- a tu llegada al condominio. Se te pedirá por la administración del edificio (no por nosotros) que les paguemos en el sitio un brazalete de $ 350.oo pesos por persona... durante todo el tiempo . Es un cargo que hacen al inquilino que reclama el uso de la limpieza de la piscina y las áreas comunes, etc.

-reservations politics/Other notable aspects

1.- You cannot rent in your name to another person. The one who reserves is the one who rents. The person who reserves is the person who rents and presents matching identification upon arrival...

2.-at your arrival to the condo You will be ask by the administration of the building (not by us) to pay to them on site a brazalete of $350.oo pesos per person... for the entire time . is a charge they make to no owners claiming the use of pool and common areas cleaning etc.

3.- There will be a charge of $50.oo pesos electric energy per kilo, is you spend more than 12 kilowatts per day.

1.- a cel/whatssap number will be provided to you as soon as we know who is the staff that will receive you at the date you will arrive.
2.- normal arrivals are from 12:00 to 19:00hrs. There is a charge of $20usd. payable on site if you need special arrival among 19:00 y 22:00 hrs. or a $40usd fee from 22:00 a las 02:00hrs.
