good morning, everyone.
after much mulling, it's been decided it's time to move on from the vacation rental game on isla. this was a fun attempt, but regulations and taxes have become beyond burdensome. i feel like an atm for multiple gov't agencies and middle-"people"/entities.

september, october, and part of november are still available via online portals if you've waited, but after that, you'll have to contact me directly about the chance to visit.
GG and i will be on the island and south of the border much more regularly soon as well.
this page must be dissolved in order to move ahead with license cancels and corporation dissolultion, so it'll disappear before end of '26.
