Customized full service property management on the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres, Mexico. We have three wonderful children ages 17, 12 and 8 years.

I have lived on the Island for the last 13 years, my husband is from the island. After spending 6 wonderful years as a stay at home mom, I was ready to get back into the work force. The last 7 almost 8 years have been quite the adventure. I am dependable and trustworthy....I will care for your home as if it were my own. I am fluent in English and Spanish, I have gone through the process of buildin

g our home so I know the ins and outs needed to care for your home. I have contacts with all services you may need, including but not limited to: paying all utilities and cable, paying property and federal zoning taxes, electricians, plumbers, air conditioner repair, house keeping services, lawn car, carpenter, construction, painters, fumigation/extermination services, and much much more. I will be responsible for over seeing all all repairs and maintenance services. Services will include monthly updates with photos on any repairs and maintenance provided to your home during that month. We are a full service property management with customized full service....you decide what services you are looking for, what you need, what you want, and we will provide it for you. Just ask and I will make it happen.

Even with all the rain Fernandez Property Management is busy....no hot water no problem we are there with the plumber while he fixes it.....pool overflowing no problem we'll be right over to drain out the excess. Full service that's what it's about.
