I have contacts with all services you may need, including but not limited to: paying all utilities and cable, paying property and federal zoning taxes, electricians, plumbers, air conditioner repair, house keeping services, lawn car, carpenter, construction, painters, fumigation/extermination services, and much much more. I will be responsible for over seeing all all repairs and maintenance services. Services will include monthly updates with photos on any repairs and maintenance provided to your home during that month. We are a full service property management with customized full service....you decide what services you are looking for, what you need, what you want, and we will provide it for you.
