Our upstairs unit is now rented beginning in January, but it is still available for a three-month stay from October through December.
We also have one upstairs unit with two double beds still available for the season.
🌴 Short-term rentals will become available beginning in mid-September. I’ve had quite a few inquiries already, so if you’re interested, please feel free to reach out and I’ll be happy to put you on my list.

Many of our residents stay approximately six months during the winter season while retaining the same unit year-round. This allows them to leave their belongings securely in place and return to the same home, neighbors, and community each year—without the stress of searching for a new rental every season.
💰 Annual rental rate: 8,137.50 pesos per month (97,650 pesos annually).
