San Sebastian Cove is a beach front private community. Our homes primarily use Solar Power for Energy and our water supply from water wells.

There are existing Houses occasionally for sale and empty lots available for new home builds. We purchased the cove in the late 80’s and have been developing it ever since. It was originally a small fisherman’s village with a few Americans who were renting lots. Since we acquired the property, we have been cleaning up the beach to develop a private community. We currently have 19 tenants that have built unique and beautiful houses that have strong Mexican influences. Our goal is to develop our own little town that is secluded from the rest of the world but not too far from a major town. We are located directly east of the base of Bahia Concepcion in Baja California Sur. It is 22 Kilometers from the main Hwy 1 in Baja and 74 Kilometers North of Loreto, BCS.

On our last visit, Scott and I drove to the beach ahead of Pop and did not waste anytime moving his things over to this house. He was half way moved in by the time he made it there to meet us. The look on his face was priceless....it was a combination of surprise and possibly thinking we're being a pair of turkeys for doing it without asking 😜. He was fully moved in by the end of our trip.

To follow on our next trip will be photos of the 2 Master Suites on the 2nd floor, the Solar System and the storage room behind the kitchen.
