I was in a sales meeting this week, and a few stats about Baja California Sur completely stopped me in my tracks. We all know Baja is popular, but seeing the hard data behind what we experience on the ground every day was eye-opening.

Unmatched Appreciation: Los Cabos led ALL of Mexico in accumulated appreciation, showing a staggering 73.3% home value growth between 2022 and 2025. This upward pressure is driven by immense demand and limited inventory across the region.

Global Investment: Baja Sur ranked #1 in Foreign Direct Investment related to tourism, capturing 36.2% of all tourism investment in Mexico in 2024. That’s nearly $2.9 billion USD poured into our state by global developers betting heavily on our future.
