Wolf Property Management está en búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a de Servicios al Huésped para unirse a nuestro equipo en nuestra oficina de Los Barriles, BCS.

Este puesto es ideal para una persona que disfrute trabajar con gente, tenga fuertes habilidades organizativas y se enorgullezca de brindar un excelente servicio al huésped.

Responsabilidades incluyen:
• Supervisar los servicios al huésped y las operaciones diarias
• Coordinar con el personal, propietarios y huéspedes
• Asegurar altos estándares de servicio y comunicación
• Apoyar con reservaciones y trabajos operativos y necesidades en sitio

Requisitos:
• Experiencia en servicio al cliente o hospitalidad (carrera terminada en turismo o similar)
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (inglés y español preferidos)
• Mentalidad de liderazgo y capacidad para resolver problemas
• Dispuesto/a a vivir en Los Barriles y contar con licencia de conducir y carro propio.
