Despite 2 years of challenging times, www.casadelazul.com (www.vamoscabo.com) is thriving!!
We have continued to reinvest in the property with the following additions.
1/ A 800 feet long complete Peripheral wall, providing more privacy, preventing cows to eat our plants and scorpions to pay a visit! (Cost was USD90,000). The foundation for that wall are 3 feet deep and 6 feet above ground… that peripheral wall took 5 months to build!
It makes Casa Del Azul the only FULLY FENCED RESORT in this area of Los Barriles - Buena Vista!
2/ A brand new DRIVEWAY with accent lights allowing for up to 6 cars to park (cost was USD10,000)
3/ Two large gate, remotely operated (COST $USD 6,000)
4/ A Gorgeous BRAND NEW 800 SQFT CASITA, with PRIVATE ENTRANCE and ACCESS. The Casita is fully equipped and also features incredible views and privacy. (Cost was USD$65,000 and the house took 4 months to build)
5/ An UPDATED POOL HEATING SYSTEM (Cost USD$ 8,000)
The lasted investment is a BRAND NEW 8 PEOPLE HIGH END JACUZZI…

Most foreigners would have paid twice (if not three times) as much for all these improvements! Speaking Spanish helps, but tenacious and constant follow up pay off always!
