The best time to buy a great pre-construction project? Before everyone can see how great it’s going to be. 👀

Week 21 at Casa Cielo and this week was a big one.

The last major floor pour is done, which means the main level is officially in place and lines up perfectly with the road entrance. The pool is poured, they are finishing the final floor, and yeso starts downstairs now.

This is also the point where we slow down for a minute and double-check every outlet, switch and light fixture before the walls are finished. Much easier to catch something now than open a wall later.

We have been coming out here every week, and it is pretty incredible to watch this house go from drawings to an actual home right in front of us.
