"Casa 60" is a house located in a country condominuim🏡, next to the Santiago golf course called Real del Country. Furnished in a Mexican and contemporary style with great attention to detail and intelligent use of space. As owners we have created a very relaxed and comfortable, in line with its charming and quiet environment.
"Casa 60" has three bedrooms, a TV room and two full bathrooms. Upstairs the master bedroom, with a large terrace with its bathroom and a TV area as well as its laundry patio with washing machine. The room full of light, an excellent place to relax with great ventilation: you can choose between the upstairs terrace, where you can enjoy an outdoor dinner or simply lie in the hammock and look at that big Manzanillo sky and read a book or listen to the birds🐦.
"Casa 60" It is also very close to the Juluapan peninsula, where you can take a hiking walk⛰️, with incredible views of the sea and other mountains🌅, such as the emblematic Cerro del Toro 🌄and Cerro de la Vaca; it is also very close to the boquita beach🏖️ where you will find an area of seafood restaurants, and The Oasis restaurant with great acceptance of foreigners located in club Santiago. The master bedroom is the largest of the bedrooms.
With Quen-size bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps, air conditioning, dressing room and large full bathroom. Very cool because of its two large windows, with a large terrace and beautiful view.
Additional information
Well-behaved dogs🐶 are welcome (a charge of $500.00 pesos per dog applies), but they are asked to respect the house rules, and they must always be kept under control within the condominuim with a 🦮leash and collecting their f***s to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
