1. Replaced water heater with a tankless one
2 Switched out old stackable washer/dryer
3. Custom stand built for more storage
4. Broom organizer installed 🙂.

Replaced old water heater tank with a new and improved 220V continuous tankless one. Painted closet and making room for new Washer/Dryer next week.
