AT103- fué un estudio de arquitectura fundado por Julio Amezcua y Francisco Pardo donde desarrollaron proyectos a diferentes escalas.
Ambos arquitectos egresados de la Universidad Anáhuac, CDMX con Maestría en Arquitectura por la Universidad de Columbia en Nueva York.1er Lugar en el festival Archmarathon en Milán, Italia por Havre 69.
Ganaron el concurso de Havre 69, proyecto en donde se crearon nuevas relaciones entre la ciudad, el barrio y las antiguas casas abandonadas, al tiempo que devuelve el espacio urbano que ocupa, lo cual resulta en mejoras para la zona y sus habitantes. El proyecto deja entrar a la ciudad por medio de plazas angostas a los lados, y la banca frente al comercio donde cualquiera puede detenerse, lo que abre paso a nuevas relaciones urbanas.

AT103 was an architectural studio founded by Julio Amezcua and Francisco Pardo, where they developed projects at different scales.
Both architects graduated from Anáhuac University in Mexico City and earned a Master's in Architecture from Columbia University in New York. They won 1st Place at the Archmarathon festival in Milan, Italy, for Havre 69.
They won the Havre 69 competition, a project that created new relationships between the city, the neighborhood, and the abandoned houses, while restoring the urban space it occupies, resulting in improvements for the area and its residents. The project allows the city to enter through narrow plazas on the sides, and the bench in front of the shops where anyone can stop, opening the way to new urban relationships.
