GFG Real Estate Asset Management is responsible for providing fundamentally sound investment vehicles to high net worth private investors and institutional investors, while pursuing a range of well-located real estate investments, with strong market dynamics, offering the opportunity for attractive risk-adjusted returns through value enhancing strategies and intensive investment management programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the SVP Commercial Strategy Real Estate Asset Manager to ensure a professional and timely reporting system to our clients.
Assist with all aspects of the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activities of the SVP:
o Update digital distribution audit reports.
o Maintain topline data base intelligence platforms.
o Support commercial elevation projects.
o Prepare assets topline performance analysis reports.
Professional Experience
o Experience in wealth management, supporting relationship managers, or advisors, with a focus in the ultra-high net-worth market.
Specific Knowledge / Qualifications / Skills
o Exposure to property management and possess solid financial and accounting acumen
o Advanced PC skills, including data management, Microsoft Office and Suite, and Yardi
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is a must
o Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
o Outstanding communication and presentation skills
Educational Background
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics and/or related field is required, with a proven academic track record of success.
Languages
o Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Physical functions:
o Occasionally lift/carrying up to 20 pounds (various departmental files, marketing materials, general office supplies/equipment, etc.)
o Frequent use of hands and fingers to type, make calls, perform general office functions, and operate general office equipment
o Frequent extended periods of sitting, and/or walking for extended periods of times.
o Frequent bending, squatting and/or stooping to file documents
o Correctable vision required to analyze reports, documents, and computer hardware output
Work Hours:
o 6 month Temporary Assignment
o 21 hours a week, permission to work additional hours must be received in writing.
