Torres Tec is a 10 building apartment complex, located very near ITESM Tec de Monterrey Campus. It's also very conviniently located near restaurants, shops, a movie theater, a bowling alley, bars, etc. This is mostly university area, where most of the population are foreign and national students attending Tec de Monterrey, there's also a gradutate student population and a few other people that just love the university vibe. Amenities for residents include a pool, a sun bathing area, a garden and a gym. Fundidora Park and Santa Lucia River, one of the biggest recreational parks in the state is within a 5 minute drive.
