The 2026-27 season is booking up quickly. The one bedroom has availability this October 2026, December 11th to 21st, 2026 and after April 15th 2027. The two bedroom condo only has availability in early October 2026 and in April 2027. October and April are the best months for discounted rates!

Canadians are ditching U.S. vacations for Mexico 🇲🇽

More travellers like Charles and Merilee are cancelling their usual winter trips to Texas, saying Trump-era politics and anti-Canada vibes have pushed them to spend their money elsewhere.

Mexico’s seeing an 11% jump in Canadian visitors so far this year, while Canadian trips to the U.S. are down 24% in the first half of 2025. Vegas, New York and Honolulu have been hit hardest, and even Florida is down 22%.

Mexico is now Canadians’ second-favourite destination after travelling within Canada.

We also have some availability in both units in October and most of April is still available in both units. Stays in October and April are great....
