Casa Selvatica Retreat

Located on the sand directly in front of the surf break B***os, next to a river bed surrounded by a palm forest. Casa Selvatica is part of a gated and safe community of 20 houses called Punta del B***o. It is 10 minutes from Punta Mita, 10 minutes from La Cruz de Huanacaxtle which is now home to a new international marina, 20 minutes from Sayulita and 45 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta airport. The property consists of the main house and two bungalows:

"Casa Selvatica" is the front house on the beach, very open, has high bamboo ceilings, multilevel roofs with excellent air circulation that keeps it cool in the summer. "Casa Buena Suerte", which means "good luck house", upstairs in back, consists of a large bedroom with a king-sized bed, a living room with two sleepable couches, and a small kitchen area. "Casa Lilia", aka “the marble room”, downstairs in back, is a studio-like room with a queen bed and a small kitchenette.
