After 12 years we continue to cherish our time in Playa. We open our doors to enjoy the paradise we call our second home! We generally only visit at that time.

On June 11th 2001 a day after our 1st wedding anniversary, We sat in the Emergency room awaiting a bed in the Head Trauma floor. I said to Rachel when I make it out of here we would do three things travel to Hawaii, get a new puppy and, start to build a family. 2 out of 3 is not bad! We ended up in Playa the winter of 2002 and its like we never left. We are fortunate as School Social Workers that

we spend several weeks in Playa over the Summer. Our apartment is perfect for a couple, single residence or small family. We have a Unique building squarely located at 1st and 24th in the heart of the ever expanding North side of town. A large pool compared to most buildings of its size. Which can be a welcome retreat from a day at the Beach. Late afternoon can easily turn into a celebration with travelers and local residents from around the world. Bric offers a wide range of accommodating services from general maintenance and cleaning to excursion planning . Our home makes a wonderful long or short term rental few blocks to the Beach and 1 block from historic 5th Avenue. Also close to Mega Grocery and restaurants ranging from local traditional, Pizza, burgers and beer to upper scale Italian, Argentinian, Mediterranean and SeaFood. Come enjoy Playa and the Riviera Maya.

Since we are recently getting increased exposure we do rent most of the year short and long term in honestly the hotest neighborhood in Playa no lie!
