Staying Fit Over 40 Requires, Faith, Focus and Ferocity!!! Today was leg day!!! As I battle peripheral neuropathy, T.B.I Motor Skill Residuals, P.T.S.D, Sleep Apnea and Hypertension; I am a significant fall risk, so it is imperative that I train my legs. Training legs builds bone density, helps extend our life expectancy and releases a high amount of testosterone which is important as men’s testosterone levels decrease naturally with age…Each exercise was a progressive overload and was performed for 4 sets of 12, 10, 7 and 5 reps.
