The main house centers around a magnificent octagonal-shaped Great Room, topped with a brick dome 'boveda' ceiling. Snuggle up on the huge, down-filled sectional and enjoy the beach views, watch a DVD on the flat screen or connect your laptop to the internet via a complimentary Wi-Fi connection. Step out of the Great Room and onto the the circular patio which overlooks the beach. Here you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean as you watch the waves roll in. This is the perfect place to enjoy a margarita as you take in the dramatic evening sunsets. Standard electricity...no more solar or generator! Desalinated, purified water throughout! Each bedroom has it's own colorful Mexican decor, and is filled with comfy pillow-top beds, lovely linens and best of all, their own bathroom. Two master bedrooms have king size beds and ocean views. The third bedroom has a queen. The 4th bedroom is a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (with one lower bed being a full size mattress) , and is painted with an underwater theme complete with glow in the dark fish on the walls! The kitchen is fully equipped. Artistic touches adorn all the rooms. A private courtyard connects the main and guest house, and is a relaxing, lush area filled with colorful mosaics, a fireplace and a bubbling fountain. The separate guest house has a full kitchen, living room (with a queen pull-out sofa), a separate bedroom (queen )and it's own bathroom. It is decorated in a fun, colorful Mexican style. * Big bag of Costco Tortilla Chips (Rosa makes a mean salsa and guacamole, but they do not sell big bags of chips in town!)
* Dura-flame type log for both the LR and courtyard fireplaces. (They are smokey otherwise)
* Charcoal and lighter fluid for the BBQ grill if you are planning on using it.
* Plenty of sunscreen!
