Puerto Vallarta is transforming.

For years, this Pacific port was viewed primarily as a vacation destination. Today, it is evolving into something much bigger: a lifestyle-driven real estate market attracting buyers who want to live, invest, work remotely, retire, and spend extended periods of time here.

What’s driving the growth is not just tourism.

It’s quality of life. Enjoyment and connection.

Buyers are looking for walkability, ocean views, strong dining and cultural scenes, reliable healthcare, modern infrastructure, and a sense of community that feels authentic rather than manufactured. Puerto Vallarta offers a rare combination of all of those elements… and a very unique vibe.

The data is in, and it’s no surprise to those of us on the ground: 9 out of 10 expats are loving life in Mexico. 🇲🇽 In my work here in Puerto Vallarta, I see this every day—the transition is often much smoother than people expect. What’s the #1 thing holding you back from making the move?

What are the odds of YOU being satisfied moving to Mexico? Pretty high, it turns out! 📈 Over 80% of expats report being 'very satisfied' with their move. From the cost of living to the community, the math just works. If you've been on the fence about a home in PV, this is the sign you’ve been looking for.

Safety is a valid concern. But the data tells a compelling story: once settled, the vast majority of expats feel 'somewhat' to 'very safe.'
