When I was young growing up in Ireland I never imagined that I would end up living in the beautiful tropical paradise of Puerto Vallarta. I traveled a lot in Europe when I was young, even hitchhiking through France at 18. I left Ireland for London in my twenties and lived there for a few years before moving to San Francisco Ca. and eventually ending up in Lake Tahoe, where I spent over 35 years. The mountain lifestyle appealed to me as did the beauty of Lake Tahoe. I worked in real estate in Tahoe for over 20 years until finally the cold winters and plowing snow got to me. My two boys are grown and successful so I thought, “I need sunshine”. That’s how I ended up here in Puerto Vallarta and honestly I wonder now why I didn’t do it sooner. But here I am finally living the dream and doing my dream work, which is finding amazing homes for people who want to live the same dream I had.
