Hello friends, we have this 1 bedroom apartment in Zona Romantica. It is located on Rodolfo Gomez street, just a few steps from the ocean and where all the coffee shops, restaurants & stores are. This apartment is on the 3rd floor of a small family building, there's no elevator. Has 1 bedroom with spacious closet, mini split AC and a full bathroom on suit; the living area has a futon couch, dining table, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all you could possibly need to cook a meal, prepare cocktails, preserve and storage your gorceries. The unit also has a balcony with partial ocean views. This is a very clean place, we try to maintain it as neat as possible. We can't accept any type of pets at the time, sorry.

About the location: The Romantic Zone ( Zona Romantica in Spanish) is one of the most requested areas from our city when it comes to rentals. Its a vibrant community, with lots of local businesses such as coffee shops, restaurants bars, shops, art galleries, flea markets & so much to do. A change in the article 27 of the Federal Fiscal Code, which was included in the new 2022 Tax Reform, states that all natural persons over the age of 18 ( whether Mexicans citizens and / or legal foreign residents) must obtain an RFC number, regardless of their employment status or commercial activity.

“This new legislation tax rule, as well as the reason why RFCs can no longer be online, but now require a face-to-face appointment, is that, over the years, tax identity deft has become increasingly common and was easy to achieve” States Mrs. Orlanda River, Partner owner to the SUOR Tax & Accounting Advice Firm, to the Vallarta Real Estate Guide newspaper.

Such change was made due to since CURP ( Unique Population Registry Codes) are public, and by knowing a persons full name and date and place of birth, their CURP could be obtain by anyone; identity thefts are used in money laundering activities and also by people selling illegal invoices.

This is why changes made by the SAT where necessary, such as an updated way to obtain your password in order to access to the portal services, this way, they intent it is the taxpayer the one who requests to log in and not criminal users.

According to Mexican president Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, he stated this changes are not to penalize people, instead, to have a better and more complete data base, and to protect people from tax identity theft.
