Cuando estás buscando comprar una propiedad…
hay una especie de FOMO por ver todo lo que hay en el mercado.

Y suena lógico.

Pero no siempre juega a tu favor

Porque en lugar de acercarte a una decisión…
puede empezar a alejarte.

Y no es porque no haya buenas propiedades.

Es más bien como si…
entre más comparas…
menos claro se vuelve todo.

Y es raro…

porque desde fuera parecería que lo lógico es seguir viendo.

Pero no siempre funciona así.

A veces…
ya no es tema de opciones.

Sino de saber cuando dar el siguiente paso

Because if I ask:

They’re not analyzing pricing trends.
They’re not identifying opportunity windows.
They’re just… waiting to feel more comfortable.
And that feeling?
It doesn’t come from time.
It comes from understanding.
The best time to invest in real estate was years ago.
That part is true.
But the second best time?
It’s not “right now” either.
It’s the moment you stop guessing…
and start making decisions based on real context.

Because good investments are not about rushing.

But they’re definitely not about standing still either.
