Hi, I'm Bonnie! I came to PV for my honeymoon 11 years ago, and like many of you, PV holds a special place in my heart!
The culture, food, friendly smiles, and mix of beaches, rivers, and mountains make it a place that has something for everyone.
My family and I now reside here all year. When we first moved here we stayed for a month in an Airbnb and then found a house after many Facebook searches, driving around looking for signs, connecting with people I had met, etc. As you may know, finding housing in PV can be tricky - especially if you're picky like me! 🤣
I would love to help you skip all those steps and make your move a smooth experience. I've come to know the town, its neighborhoods, which areas have great family communities and which are best for retiring, what the areas look like in the rainy season (i.e. flooding), etc.
