Me hacen esta pregunta más seguido de lo que uno pensaría: “¿Vienes incluido con el condo?” 😂

Normalmente me halaga… aunque a veces también me preocupa un poquito.

Pero con ESTA propiedad, mi respuesta cambia: sí. Absolutamente. Vengo incluido.

Eso sí, hay condiciones. Yo escojo mi habitación, establecemos reglas de convivencia MUY claras desde el día uno y necesito acceso libre a las áreas comunes. No negociable. 😂

Porque cuando tienes un penthouse de dos niveles, 3 recámaras, 3.5 baños, techos de 20 pies, casi 3,200 pies², estacionamiento, bodega y vistas que van del Pacífico a la Sierra Madre… francamente, no me tienen que convencer demasiado para mudarme.
