True Story:

Person: I don’t need all of your services because I already know the building & condo. I just want you to make sure the oven/stove work & meet the agent/representative & tell me what you think. So how much would that cost?

Me: I’m very sorry but we don’t cut our services. You’d be surprised how much we can verify that you’ve no idea might be lurking without your knowledge. The cost is the same as a full inspection. $195US. A small price to pay when you’re going to be spending thousands for the rental.

Person: No, thank you then. I won’t pay that much.

Literally, 2 weeks later:

Person: HELP! I need you to get us out of our contact!! We arrived yesterday & the condo is nothing like it was represented! It’s a mess!!

Me: I’m very sorry but there’s nothing I can do to help you after the fact. You need to go file a complaint with the Prosecutor’s office in the Marina or go see Profeco.

This is why we are worth every penny.

At a recent gatherings we mentioned our service and several people relayed how the photos of a place they rented sight unseen had been very deceptive. Don’t let that happen to you, we can be your third eye!

Checking our some posted photos on a nice looking apartment today we noticed something strange. There were two different kitchens pictured. Apparently the poster mixed in pictures from a different unit in the building . If you can’t be here in person to check it out. Who do you trust. Trust us to to check it out for you and give you the COMPLETE picture.

Now is the time of year to secure that temporary or long term rental for next year . After you find something interesting, if you can’t come look at it yourself, let us be your eyes. Agents and owners won’t always give you the full picture. We will, because you pay us independent of whether a deal is completed or not. 60 combined years of real estate experience. We know what to look for.

We have been visiting Guanajuato, city of many stairs. Puerto Vallarta has its fair share also. If stairs are not your friend your prospective landlord or even your agent might not let you know what it takes to reach your prospective tempory or permanent home, we will.
