Originally from Greenwich, CT, William has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and Psychotherapy and practiced in Boston and surrounding areas before moving to Puerto Vallarta in 2005. Now in his 18th year as Vallarta resident, William brings expertise, gleaned by working as an agent for many years, to Cochran Real Estate. At Cochran, William specializes in helping clients sell their properties in a timely manner and at the greatest profit, while helping others buy properties that meet their expectations, hopes, and dreams in terms of location and price. William is also a community leader; being a very active and a long-time member of AMPI, the Puerto Vallarta Real Estate Association. In AMPI, he Chairs the Education, Website, Social Media, and Urban Planning Committees. Through his involvement with the Urban Planning Committee, William is working on creating a system of parks, cultural centers and museums, and ensuring Vallarta has water in the future. William also created the Gay Business Association and “Vallarta Pride,” which extended the tourism season in Puerto Vallarta through June.
