It was a flurry of showings as soon as we brought this unit to market. Buyers agents were climbing over each other to bring their clients to see this beautiful condominium. In the end, the right agent with the right offer made short work of it. We are in a very competitive, hot market right now and the big fish are swimming around the bay searching for their property prey.

Another one bites the dust! ✅ We are happy to announce that we have an Accepted Offer in the second unit we are representing in the Taheima development, located in El Tigre of Nuevo Vallarta.

We would like to think that we have had a positive impact on the future of this development. In years past it had had a rough go since being delivered from the developer. There were some legal issues which effected values of units in the development from over 10 years. The turmoil is behind us now and Taheima is looking very strong. Gabriela Vazquez and I worked out butts off showing these properties and selling these properties which we hope sets the precedent of confidence for future interest in this great place. It is always awesome to feel some sort of accomplishment by the end of our deals, as we did with unit 1207.

As we haven't quite crossed the finish line with unit 1208, we are sure that everything will go smoothly and without fail in the coming month.

We feel like 4CGI developers should be taking The Johnson & Bassett Team out for steak dinners at the rate we are selling their units for them 😜. Well, to you all the truth, this stuff sells itself. With a huge masterplan of "Zoho City" in the works, with the beach being a five minute walk to Playa de Oro, restaurants, bars, malls.....the hotel zone north has everything you need in close proximity.

Towers 4 and 5 are currently being sold, prices for Tower 6 should be released in due time. Zoho City will consist of a food market, commercial spaces, restaurants, perhaps even a little mall. Super excited and happy for my clients that purchased this beautiful oceanfront condominium in Sayan Tropical 🥳. The location and amenities of this building are second to none; to be able to walk into zona romantica in only 12 mins is amazing!

Great transaction completed a few days ago 🎉. Villa Lagunamar is now transforming into La Sirena Villa. I have some super cool clients from California who had a dream of owning an income property in a small coastal town and that is exactly what I found them.
