You may have seen recent news coverage about an incident in the region on Sunday, February 22nd, involving vehicles and businesses being set on fire following a law enforcement operation that occurred outside of Puerto Vallarta. While events like this understandably raise concerns, day-to-day life here has continued calmly, and the situation was not directed at residents or visitors.

Our broker, Taniel Chemsian, who has lived in Puerto Vallarta for 23 years and hosts the podcast Live by Design: Mexico Edition, recorded a short episode sharing context and his firsthand perspective from the ground.
