Il existe des endroits qui ne se décrivent pas seulement avec des mots… ils se vivent. 🌊☀️

Depuis presque 12 mois déjà, nous avons la chance d’être propriétaires d'un condo dans l'immeuble Puerta al Mar à Puerto Vallarta Mexico, un petit immeuble de seulement 8 unités directement sur le bord de la mer, dans le quartier authentique de 5 de Diciembre à Puerto Vallarta.

Ici, pas de gigantesque tour impersonnelle remplie de centaines de condos.

Juste une ambiance tranquille, humaine, chaleureuse. Le genre d’endroit où tu t’endors avec le bruit des vagues… et où tu prends ton café du matin devant l’océan. 🌴

Ce qu’on aime particulièrement de Puerta al Mar :

• accès direct à la plage Playa Camarones
• vues incroyables sur l’océan et les couchers de soleil
• petite piscine face à la mer
• immeuble sécuritaire et très bien situé
• à distance de marche du Malecón, des restaurants, cafés, épiceries et petits commerces locaux
• le parfait mélange entre authenticité mexicaine et confort moderne ✨

Le quartier 5 de Diciembre est d’ailleurs reconnu pour son ambiance plus locale, artistique et conviviale, tout en étant près de l’action du centre-ville.

Et honnêtement… il y a quelque chose de spécial avec cet endroit.

Les baleines qu’on aperçoit parfois directement du balcon entre décembre et mars. 🐋
Les couchers de soleil presque irréels.
Les soirées où on entend seulement les vagues.
Les marches matinales sur la plage.
Le sentiment d’être loin… sans être isolé.

Puerto Vallarta a beaucoup changé dans les dernières années. Mais des petits immeubles en bord de mer comme Puerta al Mar deviennent rares. Très rares.

Et chaque fois qu’on y retourne, on se dit la même chose :
« On est vraiment privilégiés d’avoir découvert cet endroit-là. »

Our condo is perfectly located on a quiet residential street, right on the beach. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the start of the Malecón and only 2 minutes from Casa Ley grocery store. An unbeatable location! 📍
