Este año el proyecto social de nuestra oficina RE/MAX Si fue colaborar con la organización Construyendo que se dedican a construir casas, escuelas y centros comunitarios. El 8 y 9 de noviembre apoyamos en la construcción de la casa de la familia Cárdenas Becerra en Tequisquiapan. Es genial verla tomar forma desde cero y la alegría de la familia. Fue un gran equipo con Daniel, el líder de nuestro proyecto y los Maestros de obra que nos coordinaron. Los invito a participar el próximo año con sus familias.

This year, our RE/MAX Si office’s social project was to collaborate with the organization Construyendo, which is dedicated to building homes, schools, clinics, and community centers. On November 8 and 9, we helped build the home of the Cárdenas Becerra family in Tequisquiapan. It’s amazing to see it take shape from the ground up and to witness the family’s joy. It was a great team effort with Daniel, the leader of our project, and the construction foremen who coordinated us. I invite you to participate next year with your families.

We had a wonderful experience. My husband flew last minute to meet Raquel and she made time for him to see 3 homes that checked all of our boxes. Literally given a 24 hour notice she has appointments and showings scheduled to maximize his time while he was there. She also helped him with all the paperwork, something usually reserved for me, but she was so helpful getting that done with him. We are super thankful for her help, and just one month later we are in our new home and our girls are enrolled in school, and we are living life, and enjoying our new city! If I could give more stars I would!

Después de muchos problemas, el domingo 21 de septiembre a las 10 pm, recibí esta casa a nombre de los clientes. Realizamos múltiples trabajos de reparación y limpieza y la dejamos lista para entregárselas el 8 de octubre. Fue extremadamente estresante, divertido, cansadísimo y maravilloso. Con este equipazo podemos hacer cosas extraordinarias, ¡mil gracias!

After many issues, on Sunday, September 21 at 10 p.m., I received this house on behalf of the clients. We carried out multiple repair and cleaning tasks and left it ready to deliver on October 8. It was extremely stressful, fun, exhausting, and wonderful. With this amazing team, we can do extraordinary things, thank you so much!

As someone who is still learning Spanish, having a bilingual agent was a must. Raquel not only communicated efficiently with us, but translated for us as needed. It was very much appreciated. She continuously gave us updates and it made us feel relieved to know that we were always being given up to date info. Once we found the right house, Raquel exceeded our expectations by working with various contractors to ensure the house was ready for us when we moved in. Knowing this was all completed before being to Mexico was such a relief for us. It made the move so much more easy and fluid for us. She kept detailed receipts, took before and after pictures and presented us with an entire report on all the work that had been done. RE/MAX is very lucky to have such an amazing employee working for you.
