One of the great things about being a realtor here for the past 30 years is being around people who are taking a step towards a new life. Eclectic is the word for the foreigners that live here. All walks of life sure, but you must be a tiny bit off center to make this step.

There is something legitimately special about this community. Yes, the weather is great, yes, the people are friendly, yes, the cost of living is better but there is a FREEDOM that comes with moving from Canada or the US to Mexico that is hard to describe. For many people it is a new adventure, and they are excited to be “living the dream” and that energy has been contagious, and I have been lucky enough to have been a part of hundreds of people’s journey out of their old lives and into their new homes.

My son and partner, Conner Collins, has been here since he was 12 years old and he loves this community as much as I do. Not only does he enjoy being around people who are starting their new adventure but he is connected with the Mexican community in a way that helps connect you with the best people in every avenue. I can’t describe how useful that is when you are starting in a new circle.
