New Website for Association. After several experiments, we have concluded that a new website will be the best way to keep our owners informed and provide them access to the information they need. Thanks to Dennis Evans, we now have that website www.vistamarinahoa.org. It will replace this page and the Vista Marina Seagull. Its password protected for privacy and features access to Association information such as rules, reports, policies, dues, documents and even a discussion page. Its still under development but check it out and let us know what you think via email at [email protected].

New Blog-Several owners have objected to sharing information on Facebook. Several years ago we started a Blog, called the Vista Marina Seagull. Out of use for several years, it now appears it may be a viable alternative to Facebook. Check it out at www.vmsscsmx.blogspot.com. We can limit those who see the blog and comment on the blog to owners. Check it out and let us know what you think?

We were just informed that Facebook will be removing its Discussion app at the end of this month. Therefore, from now on, the Association will only post on its Wall.

Per owners requests, another action item has been added to the agenda for the Nov 5, 2011 meeting. In accordance with Mexican law and our CC&Rs/Bylaws a motion will be made to place for public auction all homes/lots that are more than 6 months delinquent in the payment of their dues.

We have a US address now! Now you can pay dues by check mailed to "Vista Marina HOA, 2954 N. Campbell Ave.,PMB 403,Tucson, AZ 85719". Our only exchange rate is 10:1 so if you would rather pay in pesos, you can send your Mexican peso check there as well. Do not send cash. Working to make things better....Your board.

Uniformity-In the not too distant future, all along the beach, from Playa Blanca to Vista Marina, we hope to have coordinated, uniform Community Rules, mutual aid security and disaster planning. By working together, like we did on the sewer system, we hope to make your Associations work seamlessly in the background.
