Over the years I have met and seen many "Realtors" that come and go. They're here for the opportunity to make quick good cash, some are skilled and some aren't, here for the gold rush and will do or say anything to sell you a property, many not disclosing basics known of the property that buyers need to be aware of before making a decision to invest their money.

Broker owner, Javier Madero, arrived Cabo San Lucas January 1985, it was such a charming place in those days, started from scratch; scraping boat's bottoms and doing what it took to remain, later worked on representing boat owners union until 1999. Playing before working!

As everything in life, the only constant is CHANGE, it was time to move on, was to start an sportfishing outfit in San Jose del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas had turned out louder than ever expected, especially having teenage daughters.

While setting up the sports fishing outfit for the new San Jose office he met this wonderful lady that had lived in Half Moon Bay and had been in Cabo for a while, whom decided a new adventure for her life, not young but energetic like no one, she acquired a Remax franchise in Los Cabos, name was Remax Los Cabos, she was THE mentor who our broker is deeply grateful for all the teachings learned; I'm talking about Mrs. EVELYN JOYCE PEPPER, may she rest in peace. He worked with her 5 years.

Moved on to a developer at Vinorama Estates out on the east Cape, 4 and a half years, GABRIEL CORRAL was the second broker, real cool guy with high knowledge in the industry, made a confortable and reliable atmosphere selling an enclosed development out on the East Cape; Vinorama Estates. It sure was fun!!!

Became a Broker in 2009, started as "Madero and Associates", had a Remax franchise for a short while, didn't work for him, now we formed, a couple years ago, a company which name is Cabo Eagle, S. de RL, de C.V.
