🏡 **BUYING IN CABO | WHAT ABOUT CLOSING COSTS?**

It's an important question—and one every buyer should ask before purchasing property in Mexico.

Closing costs are **in addition to the purchase price** and can include items such as taxes, notary fees, trust-related costs when applicable, registrations, permits, and other transaction expenses.

The actual amount varies depending on the property and transaction, which is why I don't believe in giving buyers a one-size-fits-all number.

Instead, I want my clients to understand the costs associated with *their* purchase before moving forward.

There should be as few surprises as possible when you're buying your place in paradise. 🌴
