With decades of experience, I guide you through buying, selling, and investing in paradise—blending expertise, heart, and humor to you find a home that captures the magic of Baja, from sunrise surf to sunset champagne. My personal mission is to educate, advocate, and facilitate on behalf of clients.Whether someone is buying, selling or living in their home, I am their one-stop partner for life. My goal is to make sure clients make an educated purchase. Then, I advocate on behalf of the clients' best interests - whether that's securing closing cost contributions from a seller or negotiating priority repairs, I work to find the win-win solutions. Buying or selling a home is stressful enough, so I strive to facilitate as smooth a process as possible by communicating regularly and keeping the clients informed along the way. When "hiccups" occur, I work quickly on a solution. My focus is always on the clients' desired outcome: their closing! After closing, I'm here to help as questions or concerns arise. Need a plumber? a landscaper? an electrician? Curious about values? Neighbor across the street selling? I'm here for you. Here’s what some clients have said:
Bert G: Melissa was completely supportive and enthusiastic when helping me find my new home. I was on a time crunch and she always kept me up to date on where things were and what was to happen next. She made it a very positive experience and I highly recommend her. Adam & Lori: We love Melissa! She was great. I had many questions and she always answered clearly. I felt that I was being a bother, but she assured me that she was always happy to help! She worked very hard and went out of her way to get us the house and price we wanted. Cathy L: Melissa did a great job for me on the purchase of a short sale home. As we all know can be very difficult. Followed up quickly with the home inspection. And was available on my time schedule.
