Janet Jensen joined forces with Bernardo Muciño, Juan Diaz Rivera and The Agency Real Estate RE in Los Angeles to form The Agency Los Cabos in 2016. She was a partner broker, and agent with Snell Real Estate broker for 18 years. The Agency is a collection of over 100 top producing real estate agents, eager to redefine the status quo of how a real estate agency traditionally operates. We have joined an already consolidated world-class team with The Agency RE and The Agency Creative. A team environment is a top priority for Janet’s new venture. Living the Los Cabos life is a dream come true. Janet has over 30 years combined real estate experience - five as a licensed REALTOR® in Vancouver, British Columbia and 23 years in Los Cabos. This, in addition to her local knowledge of over 30 years, makes her a natural choice for a top real estate agent in Los Cabos. She has broad market knowledge, from oceanfront homes and land to luxury resorts; which includes Palmilla, Cabo del Sol, Punta Ballena, Hacienda Beach Club & Residences and Puerto Los Cabos. Keeping abreast of new resorts such as Twin Dolphins, Puerto Los Cabos, and Discovery Land helps her to be a great fit for all types of buyers or sellers. Surfing, live music, dining, cooking, environmental concerns, local charities and great friends are just some of the things important in her everyday Cabo life. Janet sits on the Local AMPI board (Mexico’s Professional Real Estate association) and is an active member of the Los Cabos MLS. Credentials include CIPS – (Certified International Property Specialist) And ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative). Janet looks forward to receiving her current, past and future clients and friends in her office at Plaza Esperanza, Cerro Colorado, San Jose del Cabo.
