Good morning everyone! Wherever you are. A Big Hola from South of the Border! Hola from San Miguel de Allende Mexico. The Heart of Mexico: SMA is the heart of Mexico. With nearly 3,000,000 visitors a year, 75% of these are Mexican Nationals. Mexicans love this little town. And we see this reflected on the weekends with all the activity. We are in international town but the size of Mission Texas… With residency +/- 200,000 people.

Last week when I was walking into the office, I went through the center of town in the middle of the day on a Saturday. And it was such a delight to see all the families together enjoying ice cream, hanging out. There's a real warmth about Mexico that is indeed special.

My first couple years in Mexico I spent time with Warren Hardy & his fabulous Spanish school… One of the things that he helped me understand is the differences in values between our cultures. Specifically, in the US, the focuses on freedom, time management, & making money… Mexico is very different. The focus here is on family, free time & respect/religion. It's a different focus here & wow what a difference it makes… But let's talk real estate, specifically property & location: The Villas Acuarela ("The Houses of Color")

This is on the backside of Guadiana, an incredible location. Most of the community is built out now with just a few properties remaining to be completed.
