🌊 I traced E=mc² My hand used the chemical energy stored in my body (from the food I ate) to push aside billions of sand grains.

•For one shining moment, the equation sat there — a tiny human mark on the vast beach.

•My finger displaced sand grains (SiO₂) through electromagnetic repulsion between electron clouds — turning body chemical energy into a fleeting E=mc².
