My wife and I are in the process of taking Mr. Sanchez and Mr. Melchor to court. They responded to our demand by saying the architect has not provided the necessary information to complete building. We have proof that they lied and refuse to acknowledge our request to be paid for breach of contract. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MEN. THEY ARE FRAUDS!

Do not buy a House or property at Rinconada Sayulita. Why??

-Out of the 4 started houses, none has been finished and they all have construction and architectural flaws.

-Out of the 4 started houses, the developer(Dos Rios Urbanizadora, aka. Don Toño Sanchez) has broken contracts with 3 of the house buyers and is in bad terms with 2 of them. The 4 th house, is the Demo/Patchwork house, which is so baddly designed, that it has been literally impossible to finish it.

-There is no sewage or drinking water in the communuty, in order to be plugged in to this 2 Services, the developer, has to pay a 2,000,000 pesos fee to the Sayulita Water Council, this amount has not been payed, and the company does not have the funds to pay for it.

-The person directing the development, Don Toño Sanchez, is a lying thief
