Deborah Wallendorf spent the first part of her career in the travel industry. She worked with an international linguistics university whom would send their students to the most remote places on the planet. Her innate curiosity of cultures, place and people led her to travel all over the world. Her career later transitioned into becoming the partner of an agency focusing exclusively on group golf a

nd ski retreats. After selling her business she was recruited to join a Performance Improvement/Incentive Travel business that created programs to lift sales in Fortune 500 corporations. Deborah Wallendorf was also very instrumental in designing the actual travel program, which always had to trump the previous year's program. She traveled 150K miles a year to over 100 counties and 1000 cities being treated to the best of the best such as private tours of the Vatican Museum, private concert with Andrea Bocelli, jets on standby for South African safari sightings. Her favorite places are varied for different reasons such as Ravello, Italy for it's natural beauty and being lost in time. Cartagena, Colombia for it's ingenuity and architecture, Ubud, Bali for it's kind people and natural state of harmony, Coworth Park for its proximity to London, its horses and regal setting. Seville Spain for it's beautiful architecture, food and lifestyle. Marrakech is another favorite because of its sensory overload. All good things must come to and end and in 2016, Deborah Wallendorf realized it was time to head to her "go-to" place, Todos Santos, where she operates the area's only all-luxury real estate brokerage specializing in luxury homes, developer properties and hotels.
