Hello everyone. I wanted to warn everyone who may be dealing with rental properties in the region of Q. Roo to not rent to Erika Lucivero, https://www.facebook.com/eeps.eeps. Her last rental she had, she left owing over $42,000. She has refused to pay in spite of acknowledging that she owes the money. The last rental was in Tulum. She is a Canadian citizen who thinks she is above having to follow and honor contracts.
Her company is https://www.facebook.com/BwitiLife. Be very careful doing any business with her as she does not honor contracts she signs. She is not one to be trusted.
