This house is unique because it’s the first property we’ve bought together! All of our other properties are in our separate names.

The next few weeks are going to be busy!

“Why did you start real estate investing?”

When I get this question, my first response is “to travel”. But the longer it do it (and it’s only been since February 2020) the more I realize it’s for so much more than that. I love to travel; but I also love sitting at home with Josh and my German Shepherd fam. I love having weekdays off to do things I enjoy. I love going to the gym when no one else will be there.

I’m not financially independent yet, but I have faith that I will be in the near future.

I am so thankful for so many things.

Most of all my fam and friends who are so supportive.

Thankful for this community of people who inspire and motivate me!

I love sharing my journey with everyone in this real estate and fitness space, and I’m excited to share that Josh and I are under contract for doors 11 and 12! Updates coming soon, can’t wait to share it with you all.

Hello new friends 👋

It’s been a little over a year since I’ve been sharing my investing and fitness journey on insta so I thought I would share a few things that new friends might not know about me!

1. I’m 26
2. I started investing in real estate 2 years ago
3. I’m an ER nurse civilian side, and a 1LT in the USAF Reserves. I’ve been in the military for 6 years
4. I’ve always been into all kinds of fitness and love trying new things. Last year I ran a marathon, this year I switched gears and got into bodybuilding!
5. I have three German Shepherds 🐕
