¿Porqúe Nosotros? - Why Us?
Vivimos en la misma casa por 7 años, un día el dueño de la casa nos comunico que estaba pensando venderla, que por vivir en ella éramos los primeros a los que se la ofrecía, así que si queríamos seguir en ella teníamos que comprarla, si no, teníamos que desocuaparla. Después de 7 años de vivir en lo que llamábamos nuestro hogar tuvimos que salir a la calle a buscar casa, siendo honestos todos sabemos que cuando vives en casa rentada esto puede pasar cualquier dia. Nuestra primera idea fue recurrir a un par de personas que sabíamos que están enterados de casas en renta y venta, pero lamentablemente no tenían ninguna solución para lo que buscábamos, preocupados por tener fecha límite para desocupar la casa, salimos a recorrer las calles buscando anuncios en casas en los barrios o colonias en donde queríamos vivir, y poco a poco nos fuimos alejando de los barrios ideales para nosotros hasta acabar por recorre casi toda la ciudad. Después de varios meses, sí varios meses, encontramos la casa ideal en el barrio que queríamos. De esta aventura, que tuvo final feliz, nos dimos cuenta que hay gente (como nosotros) que necesita casa y que hay gente que quiere rentar o vender su casa, y no hay nadie que haga esa conexión, así que decidimos ayudar a todas esas personas a que no pasen por todo ese trabajo que nosotros ya hicimos y fundamos Bejarano Real Estate, empresa dedicada a ayudar a propietarios a que encuentren inquilinos o compradores y a compradores o inquilinos a que encuentren la casa que están buscando. Somos un equipo que comprende lo importante del tiempo y que haremos todo lo posible por ayudarte en el menor tiempo posible.

We lived in the same home for 7 years, one day the owner of the house told us he was thinking of selling it. It was first offered to us since we were there, however in order to stay in our house we had to buy it, if not, we had to move out. After 7 years of living in what we called our home we had to go out on the street and find a new house, and being honest, we all know when you live in a rented house this could happen any day. Our first idea was to turn to a couple of people that we know that they have knowledge of renting and selling houses, but unfortunately they did not have a solution for what we were looking for. Worried about the move out deadline, we went to the streets looking for postings on houses in the neighborhoods and colonias where we wanted to live. Little by little we began expanding our search beyond our ideal neighborhoods until we were practically searching the entire city. After many months, yes many months, we found the ideal home in the neighborhood we wanted. Due to this adventure, that has a happy ending, we realized that there are people (like us) that need a home and that there are people that want to rent or sell their homes, and there is nobody to make this connection. Therefore, we decided to help all of these people so that they too did not need to go through all the work we did; we founded Bejarano Real Estate, a company dedicated to helping landlords to find tenants or buyers and buyers or tenants to find the house they are looking for. We are a team that understands the importance of time y we do everything possible to help you in the least amount of time possible.
