🇲🇽 HOW DOES LAND ACTUALLY BECOME PRIVATE PROPERTY IN MEXICO?

You may have heard someone say:

🏡 “It’s ejido land now, but it will have a deed soon.”
🌴 “They’re getting dominio pleno.”
📄 “It’s almost private property.”

But what do those statements actually mean?

And more importantly… what should a buyer verify before moving forward?
